Its more fun in Calaguas for the second time!

Girl Travel in Calaguas Island

I've been ready, brought my fishing rod, finally able to swim and dive.

Pinay Travel in Baclayon Church

This trip happened few years ago, when this church was still standing majestically complete.

I was amazed looking around in Baclayon Church cause it's one of the oldest architecture I had visited.

This church was built at the year 1596! And I feel so  fortunate cause I get to see a place like this. So imagine my sadness when the earthquake hit Bohol and one of the casualties is this church.

Welcome to Alaminos

Got a nice transient in ALaminos, Pangasinan. Wooden house with big table for us to eat and drink!

We cooked seafoods and one of them is grilled fresh milkfish stuffed with tomato and onion, yummy!

Looking around the neigbor hood for hot coffee. A small along the road, instant coffee just cost me 8 php.

Colorful souvenir from Alaminos.

Welcome to Alaminos! After four hours of trip up north, we finally arrived in Pangasinan. And the destination is Alaminos! We rented a spacious transient house and went to market to buy foods, that's a cheaper way to spend this summer.

Hundred Islands here we come!

Philippine Travel and Dolphin Watching

One of the highlights of our sea tour in Bohol is dolphin watching!

I'm excited to this activity, I love animals and I get to see dolphin in their natural habitat.

After almost an our of boat ride, we stopped in the middle of the sea. From afar, I can see other boats too.

Then, our tour guide pointed dolphins jumping from water! Not just one but a group of more than ten dolphins!

Halo Halo de Iloko

Halo Halo de Iloko

My cousin has a good friend from San Fernando near La Union's Best Halo Halo de Iloko. And she confirmed that they have the best halo halo in town.

After a long day from the beach, we came back to her friend's neighborhood to try Halo Halo de Iloko. The street reminded me of our neighborhood back in Makati but insert this famous halo halo resto. It was not yet Christmas but the old-style house was full of lights to accommodate its visitors at night.

We tried okoy with their famous home made sawsawan, I am not a fan of okoy but I love their version of this cuisine.

Aside from the food, you will enjoy the homey museum design of this place. If you like their sawsawan, they have vinegar for sale, same with honey, wine, peanut butter, sardines and kornik.

Girl Travel at Flotsam and Jetsam

Girl Travel at Flotsam and Jetsam

How much is Happiness? You better check Flotsam and Jetsam. This hostel is one of the famous art beach hotel in San Juan, La Union and also a surfer's haven!

Since I am staying at La Union, my cousin brought us in this amazing spot.

You might not notice their entrance from along the high way.

But once you walked the lousy gate and got into the main space, you will get awe specially if you are a surfer.

Everything shouts surfing! But its a good place for relaxation too.

Although we did not check-in on their bamboo apartment, we tried their foods and drinks. We were also allowed to roam the place and had our things stay there while we were in the beach.

If every beach have art hostel like Flotsam and Jetsam, it will be each traveler's dream! Good food, cozy ambiance, art lover and nature structure.
