Girl Travel in Malcapuya Island

During our stay at Palawan, one of our island hopping consist of the famous Malcapuya Island. Malcapuya Island is an island resort which has a white sand beach, coconut trees and buko juice, pretty white house with its own generator if you want to stay on the island for few days, magnificent view from a hill and a nearby pearl farm.

This island is bigger than other island we visited, we did not able to explore the whole place because we are excited to see the pearl farm which we didn't made. Our tour guide told us since it is low tide, we might swim too close to the big shells which is not good.

Upon touching the land, which is on the other side, we had to walk until we get to the better side of the island. Then we went up a hill, top of Malcapuya Island, to see the nice view the island has to offer. Finally, we went swimming and snorkeling, we did not saw much coral reefs but we saw large fishes.

Girl Travel at Bowling Sportsfest

This year, there won't be different games to be compete, no color coding, no cheerleading competition, its bowling game!

Held at Mall of Asia, it let me get in touch with my friends from Marlow Navigation. Friends from Operation, Accounting, Building Administration and of course, Information Technology Department started to flock in.

As the game was about to start and me making sure I talked to my favorite people, that includes my favorite people, I started taking pictures. It was fun watching them playing and avoiding their balls going on the gutter!

As the game coming to its end, the second batch of players started to come in. I saw more familiar faces and started to be excited again!

I'll see you soon again..

Top of Mount Tapyas

Top of Mount Tapyas

Just got at the top of Mount Tapyas in Coron! And the view is just wonderful and to be honest we were all dead tired, its 700 steps after all.

The view on our back is the seas and islands of Coron. And somewhere on these islands, we had visited.

I was invited by my friend to the ROHM Sportsfest. Since she know that I am killing my time in photography, she decided to test my hobby. But it was mostly having fun!

I just came in time for the starting ceremony held at Ynares Stadium. I'm quite surprised because my friend's team, Red Team, were quite loud and that should be good, right?

Mr and Ms ROHM was announced, my team's bet for Mr ROHM won, congrats! The cheerleading competition went well and my team won first runner up, not bad! The first game played was volleyball and Red Team will play against  Green Team. Nice game because we won! Another congratulations to the Red Team.

Bonifacio High Street Park

Strolling in Bonifacio High Street with cousins. We decided to tour in the nearest park where I used to jog. Just beside the Boni High Street and just few walks from our place, this is the best park if you want to stroll. Surrounded by tall building and posh places of Global City, it is not as intimidating as it looks. Even though its weekend, there are still lots of children playing and people jogging.

Since the fountains were opened to the public, lots of children and people are visiting it especially at night.  Kids are amaze running around it, water spurting and color changes makes it more fun.

Project Malasakit with Kara David

Project Malasakit with Kara David

Kara David's Project Malasakit. We decided to donate something in this foundation knowing it will be of great help. So we met with some lovely ladies then had the repacking in Cainta.

We also met Ms Kara David who is nice and lovely. The repacking, even tedious work became light, all thanks to the stories of Ms Kara. Never expected her to be so jolly, she is talkative as expected.

Love Letters

Love Letters

These are the love letters I received from my friends. It's so nice reading it again after so many years.. Most of them was dated back 2004.

There is this letter, second to the last, which I totally forgot who sent it to me but I'm so touched. I know that me and my friends don't usually get together because of work, family and new set of friends. But it made me smile when I read those letters again..

Girl Travel in Calumbuyan Island

Girl Travel in Calumbuyan Island

Girl Travel in Calumbuyan Island, Palawan. After a long boatride, I got bored during the two to three hours ride, we finally landed on this beautiful island. The island that got me 'wowed', dont get me wrong, all the places and islands we'd been through are all beauty but this Calumbuyan is truly magnificent.

From afar you can see that Calumbuyan Island not your usual island, yes there are the usual white sand but the green and rich trees on this island is uncommon to me. My friend expect there are lots of coconut tree, lol!

Then our tour guide told us that we can go snorkel along the island. I had doubts on him, really.. Did he expect us to swim twenty to thirty meters from island after telling us that there are sharks in Coron! Well I did play along the beach and found out that just few walks there are indeed coral reefs and pretty fishes! So I grabbed my snorkeling kit and swim away!

The view underwater is magnificent! We didn't have to exert effort in swimming because magically the waves will move you along half of the island. So when I was on the other end all I have to do is walk a few meters and do snorkeling again, I think I did it more than five times during my stay in Calumbuyan.
