Harry Potter Books

Girl Travel Got Harry Potter Books

Harry Potter Books

My Harry Potter books collection by J.K. Rowling! I want to to add more Harry Potter item, a wand maybe next time or the Marauder's Map. I was starting out my college years when I first heard about Harry Potter and its movie. Me and my friends were excited every time a new movie rolled out of Harry Potter series. A friend of mine once joked that she would marry the guy who would give her the Harry Potter books!

Harry Potter Books

A decade after, working and have my own money, I was able to buy the Harry Potter books I had always wanted. Definitely one of the best thing I bought with my working money he he..

Next is the Tales of Beedle the Bard.

Pinay Travel in Manila Ocean Park

Pinay Travel in Manila Ocean Park

I’ve walked through the glass tunnels of Manila Ocean Park more times than I can count.

I’ve waved at the fishes.
Talked with stingrays.
Taken selfies with seahorses.

But this time?

This time was different.

This time, I wasn’t just a solo explorer or a tourist with friends.

I was Ate, big sister energy activated and guiding my two girl cousins through a world of underwater wonder, wide-eyed and full of giggles, holding my hands like we were about to dive into Narnia…

If Narnia was filled with sharks, jellyfish, and a 25-foot whale shark named Lolong.

And honestly? It was one of the most special days I’ve had in a long, long time.

My cousins? Sweet, smart, full of sass but rarely do we all get to go out just us girls. No parents. No school schedules. No “we’ll do it next time.”

This was our day.

Bonifacio High Street Where Reunions Taste Like Laughter, and Remember When?

There are places you visit for the views.
Places you go for the food.
And then… there are places you return to, not for the architecture or the Instagram backdrops but for the people.

This was one of those moments.

Bonifacio High Street, Taguig, the open-air urban playground of BGC, with its mall alleys, twinkling string lights, and that just-right mix of chill and chic.

But for me? That day wasn’t about the place.

It was about the people.

My two ride-or-die best friends, my sisters-from-another-ship (literally) from my days at Marlow Navigation.

We hadn’t seen each other outside of work in months.
Since I left.
Since life pulled us in different directions.

But here we were, under the BGC skyline, walking at a sidewalk. This wasn’t just a meetup.

Book the café.
Block the calendar.
Wear the cute outfit you’ve been saving.

To my Marlow girls:
Thank you for showing up.
For remembering our moments.
For laughing at my terrible jokes.
For being my anchors, even when we’re miles apart.

Bonifacio High Street gave us the backdrop.

But you? You gave me the moment I will remember.

Powerpuff Corn in 18BC

Powerpuff Corn

Powerpuff Corn in Baguio: A Night of Laughs, Lyrics, and Legendary Live Vibes at 18BC

Let’s set the scene:

Cool Baguio breeze. Twinkling café lights. The scent of pine and freshly baked ube pastries in the air.

And me? Sitting in a cozy, dimly lit bar called 18BC, sipping a local craft beer, totally unaware that I was about to witness one of the most unforgettably fun live perform.

My friend who’s basically their #1 stan, had been hyping them up for months.

I nodded politely.

I did not expect to become a fan by the end of the night.

Spoiler: I bought their CD. Got it signed too.

Girl Travel Weekend at Anawangin

Girl Travel Weekend at Anawangin

Sand, laughter, pine trees and pure chaos with my favorite humans!

Girl Travel with Little Frog in Anawangin

I’ve been to Anawangin Cove before.

But this time? With my brothers, cousins, aunts and uncles. And let me tell you, Anawangin didn’t just welcome us… It threw us a party.

A warm, laughter-filled stopover at Limen Family Resort, shoutout to Ate Chubz family who prepared us a meal before going to Pundaquit.

Finally, the iconic boat ride from Pundaquit, salty wind in our hair, waves slapping the hull, and the first glimpse of those dreamy, pine-fringed shores on the horizon.

You can camp in here (responsibly) The night sky? Unreal! We pitched tents right here with other campers. The sound of waves, and a sky so packed with stars. We stayed up way too late.

Anawangin isn’t just a beach. It’s a whole damn ecosystem and we explored every inch of it.

The Beach - Soft, powdery, and wide enough for us to play and swim, and late-night bonfires under a sky.

The River - Crystal-clear, knee-deep water and we spent hours here taking pictures, exploring, walking while talking with cousins pretending we were in a Survivor challenge.

Girl Travel in Anawangin, Zambales

The Forest - Pine-scented, shady, we hiked through whispering trees, found hidden clearings perfect for picture taking.

The Mountain - Yes, we climbed it. All of us. The 360° view from the top? Beach on one side, forest on the other, ocean stretching forever.

Anawangin didn’t just give us a beautiful backdrop.

It gave us moments. The kind you’ll still be remembering and laughing about at family reunions 20 years from now.

Skywalk Extreme is one of the attractions of the Sky Experience Adventures, an amusement park located in Cebu. It will give you the opportunity to walk on the edge of the tallest tower in the Philippines.

We got to experience walking around translucent glass flooring on the edge of the Crown Regency Hotel and Tower.

Girl Travel Tries Bolinao Kayaking

Girl Travel Tries Bolinao Kayaking

Bags packed, playlist queued, snacks stocked, we pointed the car north and let the open road lead us to Bolinao, Pangasinan: the sleepy coastal gem we’d heard whispers about.

This isn’t just a beach resort. It’s a portal to a mangrove-lined, tree-canopied, “what-is-this-place?!” river that winds deep into the wild heart of Bolinao. And guess what? They let guests kayak through it.

We set off in bright plastic kayaks, laughing, splashing, taking selfies, total vacation vibes.

The river starts calm. Gentle. Sunlight dappling through the trees. Fish darting beneath us. Birds chirping like they’re narrating a nature documentary.

Turns out, hanging over the water were branches armed with nasty, needle-sharp thorns!

Scratches on our arms. Tiny cuts on our shoulders. And the biggest, most ridiculous grin on our faces.

We howled with laughter. Took several photos. And immediately volunteered to go next. Spoiler: We hugged the center of the river. Learned fast.

Girl Travel in Virgin Island

A Sun-Kissed, Salt-Sprayed, Barefoot Adventure Through Bohol’s Dreamy Slice of Paradise

After conquering Bohol’s land wonders, the Chocolate Hills, the tarsiers, the centuries-old churches, we knew it was time to trade our walking slippers for flip-flops, our sunscreen for cologne, and our land legs for sea legs.

Pinay Travel in Virgin Island

We stayed for the vibes.Enter: Virgin Island, Bohol’s floating postcard, tidal magic trick, and Instagrammer’s ultimate playground.

Tucked between Panglao and Balicasag Island, Virgin Island is that rare kind of paradise that literally changes shape with the tide.

Filipina Travel in Virgin Island

At low tide? A dazzling, crescent-shaped sandbar emerges blindingly white, powdery soft, stretching like a natural runway into the turquoise sea. We ran across it barefoot, squealing like kids, taking 800 photos per minute (no regrets).

At high tide? The sandbar disappears, swallowed by gentle waves, turning the island into a cozy, palm-fringed jewel surrounded by shallow, swimmable waters. And guess what? You can still walk through it, knee-deep in warm, crystal-clear ocean, fish darting around your ankles, laughter echoing over the waves.

Girl Travel in Virgin Island

It’s like nature’s own mood ring and we got to experience both sides.

We came for the sandbar.
